That just goes to show I am no longer very in tune with civilized life with calendars and watches!Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13867572450926221667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6655792169976182188.post-90814585106931053252012-03-28T05:42:38.909-07:002012-03-28T05:42:38.909-07:00I am drooling! I can't seem to ever plant it somewhere, where it can just be left alone and the designated asparagus bed!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09069117326093443006noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6655792169976182188.post-66947362854976440102012-03-28T05:30:26.268-07:002012-03-28T05:30:26.268-07:00Susan - I can't believe you came to Harvest Mo...Susan - I can't believe you came to Harvest Monday by way of me. I have such miniscule harvest compared to what you have. I think you have been touting them very well already. Glad that others can now see all the wonderful things you are doing on your farm. I do enjoy reading your blog.Marciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00992626996077874832noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6655792169976182188.post-31150545104647800612012-03-28T04:47:39.052-07:002012-03-28T04:47:39.052-07:00I harvested my first ever asparagus last week too....I harvested my first ever asparagus last week too. I planted last spring. I'm only harvesting the ones from the female plants this year (they were supposed to be all male, but that didn't happen). They will get ripped up when more plants show up. The others will wait for a harvest until next year. I never did photograph and weigh them. But they were yummy.Daphne Gouldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17305049560953735881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6655792169976182188.post-34295275874652231122012-03-28T01:49:51.574-07:002012-03-28T01:49:51.574-07:00Looks like a great harvest and breakfast!ignmendii...Looks like a great harvest and breakfast!ignmendiicktiClint Bakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12125748678345517185noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6655792169976182188.post-14124485806701420192012-03-27T22:04:45.643-07:002012-03-27T22:04:45.643-07:00You asparagus is absolutely gorgeous and looks inc...You asparagus is absolutely gorgeous and looks incredibly delicious!!!
